RADIO SHACK 40-1270D TWEETER
This is a nice looking 1-3/4" tweeter with a paper cone. The tweeter comes from the factory with a 4uF electrolytic capacitor that can be easily removed. Pictures of the tweeter and original box are shown below.
I liked the look of HF response and the good efficency so I figured that they may be well suited to fill in the high end in a system with the Radio Shack 40-1197. The frequency reponse curve as measured by Radio Shack is shown below. The response is very flat beyond about 8k with good efficency, 95dB.
