I'm in the process of building some Sprite speakers that were designed by Paul Carmody. I am planning to make them full Carbon Fiber, plexiglass and some blue LED's. So far, I am really pleased with the progress. The goal is for these to be built into a racing simulator I am building. I plan to continue to update this with pictures as I go along and I will have a full video build log as well as a video review on my YouTube channel when I finish: https://www.youtube.com/user/123Toid

I should mention I have one Speaker completely finished. I am working on the second one now. I must say, I am really happy with they way they look and sound. I will be putting a grill on them, as I have a 1 year old running around that likes to touch speaker cones, lol

Do the LEDs keep time with the music?

I didn't do this, since they will be part of a racing arcade. However, it coudle asily be converted to do this. I finally finished them! Well in all honesty, I finished them about a week ago, but my editing software didn't want to comply. I went ahead and made a video so you can see exactly how I made it.
