showed my wife the Epos which i didn’t know about before. she likes the look and now expects my diy fullrange s to look something like them :) pressures on.

At the time my 611's were bi-wired with 8 X el34 power amp.

The Epos14 were a nice speaker rear ported with a foam tuning plug and used open spiked stands and were available in black or wood finish ash as I remember.

In the distant past,

Tandy sold a very strange speaker with a metal case and strange tweeter budget buy but small and interesting looked like wheelie bins :D
I thought the tweeter was interesting at the time.Genexxa Pro LX5.
Another blast from the past was Tandys realistic life time tubes, strange looking heavy white coated heater wires on a couple I bought.

Another great looking amp. wouldn’t know it could be DIY. The wave stream looks incredible too, could be mistaken for a car engine.
