Here is a strange thought experiment,

Maxwell's Demon:
And one other if you don't mind angels and demons very strange way to show it:
An interesting take on the right and left hand rule.
Its also discussed on the mighty motor:
And here:

There are some interesting videos of Eric Laithwaite its very early information but still entertaining:
The early ideas of maglev.

Years ago (as an apprentice) when doing qualifications I always had a real hard time being bored to death when motors or magnetism was discussed (A change in flux with a change in time  ) and now I find it quite interesting :D

This I found very interesting,

its a bit slow and obvious at the start but stay with it and don't skip to the end.
The Electron field was very interesting. Looking at the properties of speed of transmission through a medium.
A side thought what about insulation on cables and wires the Di-electrics on things like capacitors.

Feynman on magnets.

I just love this:

It takes a while for the interviewer to realise what he is telling him.

Its a good job the interviewer didn't ask why you can't have a monopole. :D

:D its interesting,
but looking at the quantum eraser experiment it makes an interesting "discovery".
Are we in fact travelling in the wake of time where events must already exist or are created before we can travel into them.
In which case the transmission of information could travel "back in time" through entanglement. (Above light speed)
In which case you cannot travel into something that doesn't exist, the assumption is we are on the point of time "travelling" forever into the future.
Its interesting that we may be in the wake of time which already exists if this is created or is forever an infinity of existence which puts a strange take on the meaning of existence or life itself if it exists at all.

What could set the point (moving reference point) of time and why would it exist, it sounds like there should be a purpose. But I don't see why when the reference point would have to travel into something unless its a creation theory. (follow the leader). LOL So what's the point? and how far is the point ahead of existence? Is it infinite in which case time could never equal 0 (T=0) at the start of the big bang if it ever happened as a start point. NB anything with a start point cannot be infinite only "very big". So it seems can an infinity start in an infinity?

LMAO so is the mind in front of the body in time, ie the mind thinks then the body acts. Is the mind traveling in time or only the body.
Sorry its a stupid thought.

I watched a film last night called "In the shadow of the moon".

NB lots of blood etc so not to everyone's taste. (not saying its good or bad)
and its not on youtube, however it had an interesting concept or so I thought.

It had a concept of "time travel in it".
After the film I was just reflecting on some ideas, thinking again about the Quantum Eraser ideas.

If and its a big if, the future already existed in some way,
My existence at this point would be (Didn't exist "maybe"/born and existing /and dead).
Ie I am Schrodinger's cat dead and alive across the time cycle.
Then the stupid thought I'm in superposition :D (Both dead and alive)
Ie in the future I'm already dead.
Then the extrapolation: if that was the case so is everyone and everything else including the universe.

But of course we know its just entropy at work. :|
Back to reality.

[Davies] Bell's inequality is, as I understand it, rooted in two assumptions: the first is what we might call objective reality - the reality of the external world, independent of our observations; the second is locality, or non-separability, or no faster-than-light signalling. Now, Aspect's experiment appears to indicate that one of these two has to go. Which of the two would you like to hang on to?

[Bell] Well, you see, I don't really know. For me it's not something where I have a solution to sell! For me it's a dilemma. I think it's a deep dilemma, and the resolution of it will not be trivial; it will require a substantial change in the way we look at things. But I would say that the cheapest resolution is something like going back to relativity as it was before Einstein, when people like Lorentz and Poincare thought that there was an aether - a preferred frame of reference - but that our measuring instruments were distorted by motion in such a way that we could not detect motion through the aether. Now, in that way you can imagine that there is a preferred frame of reference, and in this preferred frame of reference things do go faster than light. But then in other frames of reference when they seem to go not only faster than light but backwards in time, that is an optical illusion. ... ists/bell/

I think this is interesting,

Looking at time interval 3.38 it puts a different reflection on virtual particles and magnetic fields. :D
